Macquarie analysts recommended Thursday that investors should buy stocks of Hong Kong-listed mainland construction companies as they believed the sector was undervalued. "After the correction in share price in recent weeks, the sector is now trading at a discount to its Asia Pacific peers whereas it had generally traded at a premium," Macquarie said.</p]
They expected the gross profit margins for China Railway Construction and China Railway Group will stabilize in the second half of 2009 compared with the first half.</p]
