Dec. 9, 2008 (China Knowledge) - Yingkou Port Liability Co Ltd<600317> announce on Tuesday it plans to issue up to RMB 1.2 billion corporate bonds, sources reported. </p]
The Liaoning-based company said in a statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange that the maturity of the bonds will not exceed 10 years, depending on the market conditions. </p]
Proceeds from the bond issue will be used to repay bank loans, optimize financing structure and supplement working capital, according to the company.</p]
The plan is still subject to approval from its shareholders, the company added.</p]
