The Shenzhen-based firm currently holds an 8.34% stake in China Baoan and will purchase 10% of the to-be-issued shares. </P]<P]China Baoan will inject a total of RMB 950 million of the proceeds from the issuance into three property projects and will use the remaining RMB 200 million to replenish its working capital. </P]<P]Two of the three projects are located in Hainan Province. China Baoan plans to inject RMB 400 million into an RMB 718-million project in Wanning and to inject RMB 150 million into an RMB 334.83-million project in Hailkou. The firm will inject RMB 400 million into a third project, which is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province and will cost RMB 1.6 billion. The Wuhan project covers a land area of 400,135.33 square meters and has a potential floor area of 245.477 sq m.</P]
